Where we can help

Common insurance needs around a property transaction

Use one clear entry point when a client encounters an insurance question, a flood requirement, or a time-sensitive property need.

Flood insurance for a purchase or closing

Start with an immediate flood option, then continue directly or ask PIS to explore other available providers when appropriate.

Start a flood quote

Lender or title requirement review

Send the requirement, insurance request, or document you received. We will help identify the insurance information and next action needed.

Send the requirement

Home quote coordination

Connect the client with a clear quoting route and agency follow-up without asking the referring professional to manage insurance details.

View quote options

Existing quote review

A client can share an existing option as a baseline. PIS can review material coverage details and explore other available options where appropriate.

Request a review

Evidence requests for existing clients

When PIS already services the policy, use our service route for evidence, mortgagee, lender, or policy-document requests.

Open the Service Center

Property-management coordination

Route an owner or tenant to the appropriate insurance starting point while keeping coverage decisions between PIS and the insured.

Describe the situation

A clear handoff

What happens after you contact PIS

You introduce the need once. We clarify the insurance route and work directly with the client on application and coverage decisions.

  1. 01 Share the situation

Send the client, property, requirement, and known deadline.

  2. 02 We confirm the route

PIS identifies missing information and the appropriate next step.

  3. 03 We coordinate with the client

We handle insurance questions and choices directly with the insured.

  4. 04 The next action stays clear

Relevant status or document needs can be communicated without unnecessary detail.

What to send

Four details help us start cleanly

Send what is available. PIS will identify any additional information required before quoting, binding, or issuing documents.

  1. 01
    Client contact information

Name, preferred phone number, and email address.

  2. 02
    Property or risk details

Property address and the type of insurance help requested.

  3. 03
    Requirement or supporting document

Lender request, title note, contract, current policy, or existing quote.

  4. 04
    Actual decision date

Closing, effective-date, or document deadline—if one applies.

Working expectations

Clear roles protect the client and the transaction

PIS can organize the insurance process, but coverage and timing still depend on complete information, underwriting, payment, and client authorization.

Who communicates with the client?
PIS works directly with the client on application details, coverage choices, authorizations, and payment. The referring professional does not need to interpret insurance terms or make decisions for the client.
Can PIS guarantee a quote or closing deadline?
No. Availability, pricing, underwriting, required documents, and carrier processing times vary. Sharing a complete request early gives the team the best opportunity to identify obstacles and next steps.
When is coverage active?
A request, application, quote, or message does not create coverage. Coverage begins only after the carrier’s binding requirements are met and confirmation is issued.
How should urgent matters be submitted?
Include the real deadline in the first message and call the agency if the matter is time-sensitive. Marking a request urgent does not guarantee carrier approval, binding, or document issuance by that time.

Keep the transaction moving

Start with the situation. We will help identify the insurance path.
