What we collect

- Information collected automatically: device, browser, pages viewed, referring site and approximate location, through cookies and similar tools.
- Information from others: referral partners and parties to your transaction, and where you authorize it, consumer reporting agencies.
How we use it
To prepare quotes, place and service insurance policies with the carriers we represent, help with claims, and process payments; to contact you by phone, email or text about your request; to send updates you have agreed to receive; to improve and secure our website; and to meet legal and regulatory duties.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- service providers that run our customer communications, scheduling, email, website hosting and analytics, under contracts that limit their use of it;
- parties needed to complete what you asked for;
- authorities when required by law, or to protect our rights and our customers.

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send messages about your inquiry, appointments, documents and account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except service providers that deliver the messages for us.
